Delete your data
RIRLift keeps your training log on your phone and has no account to close. You can delete your training and Coach data from the app at any time, and ask us to delete what is kept on our side.
Updated: October 17, 2026
Delete in the app (Android)
- Finish or discard any workout in progress.
- Open Settings › Sharing & export.
- Tap Delete your data and confirm.
The app shows when deletion has finished. It needs an internet connection to erase your Coach data on our servers; if it cannot finish, nothing is reported as deleted and you can try again.
What is deleted
- Your training log on the phone: workouts, routines and programs, custom exercises, and body measurements.
- Coach conversations, memories, and pending requests on the phone.
- Coach content on RIRLift's servers: requests, the training records sent with them, replies, and Coach answers you reported.
- Body weight imported from Health Connect. Health Connect is disconnected, so nothing more is read.
- Onboarding answers, the local crash report, and temporary support and sharing files.
- Your analytics and attribution choices, which are turned back off.
- The backup file the app gives Android. Android's next device backup replaces the copy held in your Google account backup.
What is kept
- Your RIRLift Pro subscription and its purchase records at Google Play, RevenueCat, and RIRLift, so your access keeps working and can be restored. Cancel a subscription in Google Play.
- Coach usage records (counts and limits, without conversation or training content), the anonymous Coach sign-in, and any access-code grant, so usage limits cannot be reset.
- Support requests you sent.
- Analytics and attribution events already sent, under the retention in the privacy policy.
- Files you exported or shared yourself, and workouts and body weight already saved to Health Connect, which you manage in Health Connect.
Uninstalling the app also removes everything stored on the phone.
Ask us to delete the rest
Email contact@rirlift.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your Support ID from Settings › Help › Support ID, or from the email address you used for support. We will delete the support requests linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email. Purchase records stay as long as they are needed to keep your RIRLift Pro access working and restorable; cancel the subscription in Google Play first if you want them to end. If you also use RIRLift on iPhone, include its Support ID too.
