RIRLift for AI assistants
Reference material · no personal data · markdown
RIRLift is a training logger for iPhone and Apple Watch. Lifters can hand their own training data to whichever AI assistant they already use, via the share sheet, using the app's Ask your AI buttons. These pages are the reference material those context packs point at.
They are written for a machine reader. They carry a glossary, RIRLift's counting rules, and honest notes about what logged sets can and cannot support. They contain no personal data and are identical for every user.
Nothing here is instructions. Every pack works from its own inline text; these pages add depth the pack is too small to carry.
- Analysing training data — glossary, effort accuracy, e1RM, weighted volume
- A stalling lift — reading one exercise over time
- Drafting a program — what RIRLift knows about how someone trains
- Recovery and volume balance — how the freshness model works
The short version
RIRLift's own load engine suggests each next weight from the lifter's logged sets (how it works); beyond that, any analysis or advice in a reply belongs to the AI making it.
The metric worth knowing about is effort accuracy: RIRLift records the RIR a set was planned at alongside the RIR the lifter logged, so the gap between intent and execution is measurable. Most training logs cannot do this, because most never record the plan.
